I've been sleeping on this AI browser for a month (oops)

Quick update on something I've been completely underusing.

I got early access to Perplexity's Comet browser about 4 weeks ago and… I barely touched it. Just sat there in my to-do list while I kept using Chrome like always.

Finally started actually testing it a couple weeks ago, and it's opened my eyes to a lot of things I wasn't seeing before. What I can say so far is that it completely changed how I research and think online. Still feels like I'm scratching the surface of what's possible though.

I’ve been so used to online search being this separate activity. You read something, then you go research it somewhere else, then you try to connect the dots.

This browser lets you think, research and do complex analysis in real time, as you're looking at the information or data.

You're not just browsing anymore—you're having conversations and prompting all types of analysis based with what you're seeing.

It's still in the early access mode, but from what I hear, access comes pretty fast. You do need a Perplexity Pro account, but they do plan to roll it out to free accounts eventually.

This week I opened up the AI Solopreneur Club in beta to the first group (who were on the waitlist), and I'm so happy to have almost 20 people joining in the first few days.
