Hi friend!

It's been a while since I've done one of these.

A proper behind-the-scenes. No AI tips or tutorials no yapping about how great Claude is but rather what's taking up most of my time, what's working, what's not, and what I'm figuring out as I go.

The past few weeks have been blissfully intense. So let me catch you up.

I started working with a scale up

I've been working with solo business owners for a while now, but I just onboarded my first team. And I ran my first workshops with them.

I learned a LOT.

I had to pivot mid-session more than once. Every team, every solopreneur, every tiny two-person operation comes in at a completely different level. So my whole approach of understanding their goals and processes and setting up Claude Cowork for them had to become way more fluid.

I'm realizing how many things I take for granted - all the knowledge I've accumulated over the past years that feels obvious to me but is brand new to most people, not only in terms of features and tools, but rather the whole mental model having Claude as a co-founder.

Every engagement needs a very tailored and personalized approach even though I think most AI agency owners or AI consultants would disagree with me on, as it is not very scalable.

But I believe in helping businesses to build an AI muscle vs. giving them an AI pill.

I am not interested in creating a dependency on me as an AI consultant and strategist , but instead I want to make them self-sufficient - I think only then one can fully leverage AI and what’s coming next.

So yeah, I approach things differently, which means I don’t follow any blueprint and have to learn all those lessons myself.

I built my website in 3 hours while my son napped

Lovable had a free day where you could use the platform without limits.

In my ideal world, I would've spent the whole day experimenting. But my son was sick, so my "whole day" turned into the window between his nap starting and him waking up.

About 3 hours. That's it.

And I built my entire personal website from scratch in that window. I'm pretty happy with how it turned out. If you're curious, I'm linking it here. It's not perfect, but I made it in 3 hours with AI and I never need to ask or pay someone to do any changes.

The membership hit 150+ members

We went from about 50 to 150 in the past month or so.

If you're someone who overthinks what content to create, what offer to build, what your audience even wants... build a community.

I'm serious.

The people in your community will tell you what they need. All the "what should I talk about" and "what should I create" questions just disappear.

You know exactly what to make because they're telling you in real time.

I'm grateful for every single person in there. If you've been thinking about joining, now is a good time. I'll leave it at that.

I'm about to sign my first brand partnership

I've gotten brand requests before and I always said no.

My YouTube channel is still small (less than 3000 subs), and the brands that reached out just weren't a fit. I am never going to promote something to my community that I don’t use or find value in myself.

So while I am manifesting for Anthropic to reach out to me 😅- another brand on my “i want to work with them“ list reached out.

A brand who’s resources I've already been recommending to my community because I found genuine value in it myself.

They asked for a media kit and rates card.

And I was like... I don't really have those?

I had some old versions floating around, but nothing I'd actually send to someone I wanted to impress.

So I vibe-coded myself a media kit. I used Claude Code for the content and Lovable (I think I overthought it though and could have easily done it all in Claude Code), asked Claude to help me set my fees and now it lives online looking great and ready to be sent to more amazing brands who want to work with me.

I'll keep you posted.

The Claude feature I'm most excited about right now

Scheduled tasks in Claude Cowork.

You can now set up Claude to do specific things on a schedule, automatically.

One example I shared inside the community today is finding media opportunities.

You set it up to regularly scan media opportunities, identify the ones relevant to your brand and niche, shortlist them, and propose how to approach each one.

I shared the full walkthrough inside the community today and I will be experimenting much more with the scheduled tasks going forward.

I'm getting out of my yoga pants

Okay, not entirely. But almost.

I signed up for a co-working space with a local tribe of badass women entrepreneurs. And I'm so excited to be around them.

Since we moved to a smaller city next to Stockholm, I've been missing that energy of being around other people who are building things.

Working from home is great until you realize you haven't had a real conversation with another adult in three days.

So yes - here is my new second home, how dreamy!

Some more good stuff in the works!

I'm working on a joint collab around AI + Human Leadership with someone I really LOVE working with. We are about to get together, brainstorm and I have no idea what it's going to become, but I know it’s going to be incredible, as I’ve come to realize that when you work with people who have amazing energy, curiosity and an awe for life - only good things happen.

I am also working on a proposal for an incredible person, a leader, whom I admire greatly, detailing how can I support her AI journey.

So many beautiful things unfolding lately, I working on regulating my nervous system and I can’t wait for more to come!

Until next week,

Your AI Solopreneur Bestie,

Elena
